🚫 No Returns

We do not accept any product returns — whether for change of mind, over-ordering, or wrong selection. All sales are final once delivered.

♻️ Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • The wrong item was delivered (size, grade, or brand mismatch)

  • The product is damaged in transit (must be reported within 24 hours)

  • There is a genuine manufacturing defect, verified upon delivery

We do not accept exchanges if:

  • Pipes have been cut, used, installed, or altered

  • Items are custom-sized or special-order

  • The exchange request is made after 7 days from delivery

📝 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:

Once reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the exchange process, including pickup or return instructions.

🚚 Shipping & Processing

  • If the error is on our side, return shipping will be covered by us.

  • In other cases, shipping costs for exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Verified exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned product.

⚠️ No Cancellations After Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

All B2B and bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Exchanges are strictly case-by-case and subject to management approval.
